Thanksgiving Day

El jueves 22 celebramos Thanksgiving Day investigando sobre el origen de la fiesta y sobre la manera de celebrarla en la actualidad. Algunos alumnos trabajaron sobre un póster y dejando mensajes de agradecimiento.

Concurso de relatos y microrrelatos de terror

Las ganadoras del segundo concurso de relatos y microrrelatos han sido dos alumnas de 4º : C.W (relato) y N.N. (microrrelato). Aquí los tenéis.

Microstory (N.N) And then I understood. I stopped yelling.. They didn´t break into my house to rob me. They were nurses reanimating my corpse.

Story (C.W) Monster My son always told me about a monster in the closet, so he asked me to close it every night. For me, it was already part of my routine to repeat this action. But one day, when I went to close it, the quiet voice of my son was present. - No, dad. - Not what, honey? - It´s not there anymore. I looked at him confused. - And where can it be?. I went to his bed. - I don´t know...You hid it. - What are you talking about? - You hid mom. He was right. I could hide her body, but not her soul. My son knew about the crimeI committed; it was a mistake..it was a mistake to kill both of them, but I could not let anyone know. I write this from jail, staining the paper with my tears and regrets, about to put the rope in my neck. After all, I was always the monster.

Halloween

Para celebrar la fiesta de Halloween el departamento de idiomas ha organizado un concurso de decoración de aulas. Los alumnos han mostrado un gran interés y las decoraciones han sido excelentes en muchos casos. Los ganadores han sido 2º D (primer premio) y 1º C (segundo premio). ¡Enhorabuena a todos ellos!.
